The business or individual you’re looking for is no longer on the Consumer Beware List. This means:

they have been on list for between 21 months and 27 months, which is the maximum amount of time they can appear on this list;
the business or individual being searched has met their obligations under consumer protection legislation and has been removed;
the business or individual being searched cannot be found because they were not convicted under consumer protection legislation.

Not all consumer complaints submitted to the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement are posted to the Consumer Beware List. A business or individual is only guilty of the offences in the "charges laid" section of the search results when they are found guilty in a court of law.
